GoTech technological startups contest turns 10 years: a new start

Application period will last 5 months, during this time the organizers plan to launch at least 10 new nominations in the framework of GoTech.

To participate in the independent competitive nomination ARENA Pitch are invited projects that have global competitiveness in the "iron" areas, as well as startups that improve the health and well-being of people. The finalists will have an opportunity to speak at the main stage of the GoTech ARENA forum in November 2018 and will be able to present themselves to 100 investors and representatives of more than 300 companies.

As in the past year, the first special nomination was established by Beeline. Participants of the Digital Experience track can be projects that develop B2B solutions in the areas of finance, retail, advertising and HR, as well as B2C-projects, which make it easier and more convenient to solve everyday tasks through the mobile application interface. The company will pay special attention to technological projects of social themes, including those aimed at solving the problems of people with disabilities and startups in the field of m-health. Winners will be able to launch a joint pilot with Beeline. So, based on the results of the work last year, Beeline started cooperation with GetShop.TV, Tusion, Cloud Interpreter and the Braille Glove project.

The FunTech nomination is intended for projects at the intersection of entertainment and technology at the stage of a prototype or launched product. The partner of the nomination is FunCubator, which is ready to invest in the startups of the FunTech industry from 5 to 30 million rubles for business scaling and expert support. The winner of last year, the project Fantomas, successfully closed the round of investments. 

The winner of the nomination from Dell EMC will receive mentoring support and the opportunity to become a member of the Dell Partners program, which provides access to the most integrated portfolio of solutions and unique world-class partner programs.

More than 100 startups from among finalists and nominees of different years attracted investments or launched joint pilots with corporations", says the CEO of GoTech Innovation, organizer of the contest Irina Kalashnikova. The GoTech ARENA forum, which will host the most competitive nominations in the finals, and it will be held in Moscow on November 22 while bringing together more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, investors, representatives of large companies and startup teams. Registration for the forum is now open.
